To further enhance the business team's technical understanding and service capabilities regarding the company's core products, and to facilitate market expansion and precise response to customer needs, the company recently organized a specialized training activity on BLDC drivers. This training focused on product technical details and practical application scenarios, using a three-dimensional approach of "theoretical explanation + Q&A + hands-on practice" to enable sales personnel to fully grasp the core advantages of BLDC drivers, providing strong technical support for future business development.
At the beginning of the training, a senior R&D engineer systematically introduced the latest R&D progress of brushless DC drivers under the theme of "Technological Innovation and Product Iteration." Simultaneously, for the company's currently promoted brushless DC driver series products, the engineer broke down the core parameters one by one, and by comparing the performance differences with traditional drivers, enabled sales personnel to clearly understand the product's technical competitiveness, laying the foundation for accurately conveying product value to customers in the future. 

During the interactive Q&A session, sales representatives actively asked questions based on practical issues encountered in their daily market interactions, covering various aspects such as product adaptation scenarios, performance under special operating conditions, and compatibility debugging with customer equipment. The R&D engineers provided detailed answers to each question, offering not only professional technical solutions but also sharing problem-solving approaches for similar cases. The atmosphere of the exchange was lively, and the "question-answer-follow-up discussion" format effectively broke down communication barriers between "technical R&D" and "Market Frontline," helping sales representatives resolve technical challenges in their work.

The final stage of the training was a hands-on practice session. Under the guidance of engineers, sales representatives personally operated the equipment, participating in the entire process from driver installation and wiring, parameter settings, to motor linkage debugging and troubleshooting.
